Beginners learned how to enter balance poses, demystifying even the most challenging of balance postures, and took these tips back into your regular practice with playful confidence!

The afternoon segment was dedicated to experiencing the practical steps of “Living Every Day Mindfulness." The focus on meditation techniques, breathing practices and group mindfulness experiments to bring awareness to the every day moments of life. The teachings all point to the same thing: of being one with your life.This allows a sense of ease, a sense of appreciation, and a sense of joy to show up in our hearts.
